Anyone konw what are the prices of brand new laptops (not used). Where can I buy at best price? Please help me

That depends upon your location. If you in Lahore then you should go to Hafeez Center and if you are in Faisalabad then go to RexCity]

recently my uncle has bought a new laptop which is of hp and he has taken at the price 1,10,000

It depends on your budget and which laptop u want besause there are lots of laptops in our market like HP,DELL,VAIO,COMPAQ,LG .....So its depends on your budget ....anh how much money u can spend for the Laptop...
